2025 quarterback AJ Brand has received an offer from the South Carolina Gamecocks. He previously attended Junior Day on January 21st.

Brand is a local recruit. He attends Irmo High School in Columbia. He has also picked up an offer from Charlotte. He stands at 6’2″ and weighs 185 pounds.
Brand is coming off a stellar sophomore season, in which he posted over 2,000 total yards along with 25 touchdowns. He was a Class 4-A All-State selection.
Brand also plays basketball at Irmo. This season, he is averaging 6.9 points, 3.6 assists, 2.0 rebounds, and 2.0 steals, while shooting 53 percent from the field and 33 percent from three.
The Gamecocks are looking for their first commit in the 2025 class. Overall, they have extended offers to 63 recruits, including one other quarterback (KJ Lacey from Saraland, AL).
